Job Description

The Process Improvement Engineer (TEST) supports steel manufacturing operations by identifying bottlenecks, improving yield, reducing downtime, and supporting safety and quality initiatives. This role partners with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement measurable improvements across plant operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or process engineering (test requirement)
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing tools and structured problem solving
Strong analytical skills (Excel required; experience with Power BI a plus)
Ability to work onsite in an industrial environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
