Job Description
Northwind Health Systems is seeking a Senior.NET Backend Engineer to design and maintain scalable APIs, background services, and data integrations that support healthcare staffing workflows. This role will partner with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver secure and reliable services in a cloud-hosted environment.- Build and maintain REST APIs and asynchronous processing services using C# and.NET.
- Design SQL queries, stored procedure integrations, and performance improvements.
- Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, storage, and monitoring tools.
- Write unit tests and support CI/CD deployments.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and business stakeholders on new feature delivery.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with C#,.NET, Web API development, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure, distributed systems, and message-based architectures preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
